You will be responsible for managing M&E, front of house and cleaning services. You will act as the FM for a modern high profile corporate office complex. This job will involve controlling costs and budgets, leading and developing a multi disciplinary site team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven facilities management experience, experience of budget management and a valid Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH
