The Company
This exciting Construction Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading construction companies. They predominately work on major new build commercial schemes on a project/construction management basis with values from £50 – £500m. They have been involved with several of the most well known and prestigious projects in London and the Southeast and are now commencing several new developments.
The Role
For this construction managers role your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the relevant services trade contractors are delivering their packages on target and to the desired levels of quality. You will need previous experience managing services trade contractors, ideally mechanical, preferably on large scale highly serviced buildings. You will also have experience of working for a main contractor or a construction management company.
