Our clienty is looking to recruit an experienced New Business Development Manager.
They are currently very busy with exciting projects throughout the UK and are looking for a person who can help ensure continued growth and success.

The salesperson is required to work closely with the management team to generate new business and ensure that the maximum business is won from existing clients and more importantly win new business.

It is absolutely essential that you come from a sales background, specialising in the Building Services industry. The successful candidate will have held a similar role and have a successful track record within this area.
This role requires an experienced salesperson who is able to generate and follow leads independently, and will probably already know many of the potential clients. They will certainly know the Building Services Industry very well.

Proven successful sales track record and experience in office interiors
Experienced in developing new revenue streams by winning new customers of all sizes/profiles
Strong evidence of achieving targets
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction
Proven ability to consistently deliver sales targets and sales activity levels
Formulation and development of business plan and sales strategy for the market that to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFQ responses
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all new enquiries, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Marketing and advertising and promotion planning
Compiling and analysing sales figures
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
Attend and present at external customer meetings
Appropriate administration to include budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison

Job requirements:
Extensive sales/business development experience
Must have experience of the Building Services Sector including: Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Pipework and Specialist Services
