LABC is seeking a number of Senior Technical Specialists.

LABC is developing its Technical and Policy team to support radical organisational and culture change. We are recruiting technical experts with a detailed understanding of the building regulation system.

Specifically we are seeking specialists with extensive experience from a range of backgrounds including:

  • Building control
  • The fire and rescue services
  • Product testing
  • Manufacturing industry
  • Relevant technical specialists and professionals from construction.

Preferably candidates will have:

  • The ability to communicate from all platforms – especially at committees, conferences and in writing
  • Expert building regulations knowledge – especially in Parts A, B, and L
  • Experience in writing and delivering training
  • A thorough understanding of policy.
