Freelance Facilities Office Manager on a full time 3 month contract based in South Yorkshire.
Your new company
This not for profit organisation based in South Yorkshire is looking for a Facilities Office Manager for some interim support for circa 3 months, this role is likely to be extended.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the general facility related issues and the management of property including liaising with the organisations landlords, managing contractors on site and ordering services and goods in line with procurement processes. You will also contribute to on-going requirements of their programmes and help develop working practices and spaces to support health and well-being to employees. Other duties will include monitoring meeting rooms, dealing with post and deliveries and welcoming visitors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar office management role in a fast paced environment, have relevant Health and Safety experience in the workplace and have a strong commitment to deliver high standards of customer care and service. You will also have an understanding of how to use IT systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
What you'll get in return
You will get rewarded with a 3 month contract with the view to extend. Flexible working hours (35 per week - anything between 7am-9pm to suit you) and with the option of home working.
