A Facilities Manager role working for a public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire on a temporary to permanent post for a period of 12 months.
Your new role
You will deliver a customer focused, cost effective service that supports the maintenance and development of the property portfolio. You will ensure that quality assurance processes are operated effectively, implemented, monitored and reported ensuring that all work is within agreed budgets, timescales and completed to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have knowledge in fire risk assessment/management and have an understanding of health & safety in relation to property. Demonstrate the ability to manage staff, budgets, information and resources in a proactive way. You must also have experience in the use of IT systems.

- A 12 month contract Monday-Friday (37 hour week with a view for flexi time)
- Long term contract with potential to go permanent
- 35 days statutory holiday allowance
