My client is a leading innovative organisation who are professionals in the field of property development and investment. The organisation have invested in various types of properties and provides a best in class real state service in London.

Your new role

They are currently looking to recruit a Facilities & Operations Manager based in London. The key purpose of this role is to develop and provide a professional service to ensure all on-site facilities are in excellent working order by monitoring building condition and systems from a compliance standpoint, regular communication with clients and contractors, controlling contractor activity, and ensure all documents are in place.

You will also need to calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum values as well as communicating with customers to ensure they are informed of current and future developments. Additionally, you will need to respond to customer enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, review health & safety standards across all sites and ensure accurate records are kept of investigations and subsequent action taken.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have extensive experience in total facilities management, as well as an IOSH. You will also need strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team are key, in addition to the ability to utilise a matrix or remote working system.

What you'll get in return

The role is paying between £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience and working days will be Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. A competitive benefits package will also be included.
