Hays has partnered with a leading Global manufacturing organisation that have a branch based in Abingdon. This is a client facing role, working with a client based in manufacturing and marketing of fuel products and lubricants.
Your new role
This role is a mixture of a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager - focusing on providing technical advice from an FM and M&E point of view. You will will have the responsibility including overall contract management of our client's portfolio, delivering key account objectives, strategic account development, business risk, stakeholder and vendor relationship management, operational delivery, commercial and procurement control of budgets. Financial management control of corporate profit and loss accounting, the smooth running of all the Facilities Management scope of services to the client.
What you'll need to succeed
Mechanical experience, so that you can provide suitably qualified technical leadership for the site M&E engineers. Knowledge and experience in Contract Management / Transformation / Mobilisation /Business Development within a complex TFM contracts. Proven track record & a sound knowledge in Managing Operational Budgets in excess of £3 million. IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH SHE Responsibilities with FM or NEBOSH Certification.
