Your new role
To support the Asset Manager in ensuring the out sourced service provider operates the Engineering services in accordance with the agreed contract KPIs, meeting the Library's objectives and ensuring that the Library remains statutory compliant. You will also be responsible for supporting Building Projects Manager with M&E related services.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a success in this position you will possess a relevant technical qualification, preferably of mechanical bias. You will have knowledge and experience in managing the performance of Outsourced Service providers to achieve KPIs. It is also important that you have a good understanding of statutory requirements for Building Services such as, but not limited to, Asbestos Management, Legionella, and CDM (2015) Regulations, working knowledge/experience in BMS Operations, good working knowledge of CAFM Systems and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

The role is one which will be an ongoing temporary assignment that will be a minimum of 6 months in length. You will also be expected to be available to travel from time to time to other sites in the country, but this will be on rare occasions.
